13.Ready Stock Details – Shipping Policy
Please note the delivery of ready stock items will be in 7-10 working days. If a ready stock gets sold once your payment is made, you will be informed and your amount will be refunded.

*Once booked, orders cannot be cancelled.
*Always expect some color variations. 100% color match is not guaranteed due to mobile phone resolutions, digital photography, and brightness settings.
*Dissatisfaction and self-judging about materials and color are not grounds for exchange.
*Don’t self-judge and misunderstand colors or materials. If you have doubts, please check with us before placing any order.
Please note that size tags may not be stitched in certain cases. In case of any return, the shipping charge will be borne by the customer.
*Switch on the video button and start opening the package. The video should be continuous without any cuts or pauses. If there is any damage, show it in the same video and send it to us. Without a video, no dress can be exchanged.
14.Prebooking Details
Please note the dispatching of prebooked dresses:
Dispatching days for pre-book items will be a minimum of 25 to 35 working days. This may vary slightly depending on the manufacturing date.
If you need an emergency dispatch, we will add an extra charge.
